Reservations
ONLINE BOOKING
Reservation is possible through credit card (American Express, Visa and Diners) and bank transfer. The credit card given is only to guarantee the reservation, nothing will be charged on it.
It's not possible to make a reservation guaranteed by a bank transfer less that a week before the check-in date as the bank transfer will have to reach us before your arrival. We will not confirm the reservation if the cards details given are not valid/correct.
In addiction to the online form, you can send your inquire for availability and prices by e-mail or by fax.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings can be cancelled without any penalty up to 24 hours before the check-in date; for late cancellations (after 24 hours before the arrival date), we will charge the price of the first night as penalty.
NO SHOW Penalty
If no cancellation has been received (at least 24 hours before the arrival date) and you fail to show up at the hotel, no refund is applicable. If you chose credit card as guarantee for your reservation, the cost of the first night will be charged on your card.
Other useful infos
You can check-in starting from 12:00 onward as the reception is open 24/7. You have to check out by 11.30.
